North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to Jordan Hall HVAC Renovation located on Central Campus. The project scope includes the refurbish & modernization of AHU-1 system to extend the life and improve indoor air-quality. The existing system (original from 1986) consists of; 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual duct, common return and is the primary source for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return & exhaust for this lab building. Scope of work includes only HVAC and Electrical trades.
