Joplin Parking Lot Sealing 2025

This project includes the following: furnish labor, equipment and materials for the sealing of approximately 277,192 square feet of parking lots at various locations. The project also includes restriping of the lots.

Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Director of Public Works located at 602 S. Main Street, 4th Floor. Bids must be in the hands of said Director of Public Works before 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of August, 2025. Bids will be opened by the Director of Public Works at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of August, 2025 in the 4th floor Conference room. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of August, 2025 in the 4th floor conference room of City Hall.
