A. Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at:

Before 2:00 pm local daylight time on the 3rd day of April, 2025, for:

C. Architect’s Project Number: 2226.
D. All bidders are required to attend a Pre-Bid Conference at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport Conference Room located at:
3901 Lindbergh Drive, Bldg. #1
Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401
1. 2:00 pm local daylight time on the 13th day of March, 2025.
E. Project Description: Project consists of the new construction of the Jonesboro Municipal Airport Terminal building to replace the one that was destroyed by a tornado in 2020 and associated site improvements.
F. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of Jonesboro Blueprint and Supply, 222 Madison Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401 upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by cash or check, in the amount of $100.00 for one set.
G. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
H. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 31 00 - Available Project Information.
I. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.
J. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
K. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
L. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates Apply.
M. EDA Contracting Provisions for Construction Projects Apply.
