REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the installation and Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the installation and procurement of three (3) new commercial playground structures, based on present information, generally described as the project entitled “Park Playground Equipment Upgrades at 3 Liberty County Parks:  1. Jones Creek; 2. Jesse Stevens; and 3. Briar Bay”.

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for “Playground Equipment Upgrades at 3 Liberty County Parks”, dated April 7, 2025. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to contract with the County for the procurement and installation of playground equipment for 3 Liberty County Parks Park shall submit sealed proposals marked “Playground Equipment Upgrades at 3 Liberty County Parks” regarding the same to the Liberty County Board of Commissioners at its offices located at 112 North Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Room 2200, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, no later than 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on May 20, 2025. At such time and place, all sealed proposals shall be opened so as to avoid disclosure of contents to competing offerors.
