JOLLEY PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Vermillion, South Dakota will receive, publicly open and read bids and proposals at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 28th day of May 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The bids will be acted upon by the City Council at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 2nd day of June 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The materials and services required are as follows:

JOLLEY PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Furnish and install Playground Equipment as specified, a Park Table for 4, a Park Table for 3, a Park Litter Receptacle, a Park Litter Receptacle Lid, a Park Bench, a Park Music Item No. 1, a Park Music Item No. 2, a Park Music Item No. 3, a Park Music Item No. 4, a Park Drinking Fountain, a Park Pet Drinking Fountain, a Shelter, Turf for Play Area, 122-LF of Ring Wall, 138-SY of Concrete Work.

Copies of the specifications are available for review at the office of the City Engineer, 25 Center Street, Vermillion, South Dakota, 57069.

Bid security is required according to state law and the bid specifications.

Payment for the materials and services herein provided for will be in cash.

The City of Vermillion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
