Proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing Design-Build services for master planning and construction of operations campus facilities located at 2345 Two Notch Road, Lexington South Carolina 29072. This will include site evaluation and recommendations for renovations, additions and/or removal of existing structures and construction of new facilities for warehouse, material storage, heavy equipment security and storage, fleet parking and necessary site work.
