Overview

Summary

Purpose:

The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation and quality control and management for: Complete modernization of the four (4) elevators and one (1) dumbwaiter located at the Joint Judicial Center, 5 N. Kent Street, Winchester VA.

This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).

Term of Contract:

All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for the project.
