JOHNSON HALL A - INSTALL GATE FOR CART ENCLOSURE

Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to install a double gate for the cart enclosure behind Johnson Hall Bldg A. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to installing a commercial grade chain link double gate with a locking pipe drop rod. Refer to the technical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at Johnson Hall Bldg. A, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions

All interested bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on January 15,2026. Contractors shall meet at the parking area between Johnson Hall Buildings A and B, at 2555 Dole street. Enter driveway between Johnson Hall Buildings A and B to the parking lot behind the buildings. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Alton Fujimoto through email, altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid for this work.
