The Town of Dennis is seeking bids for the JOHNNY KELLY PARK RECREATION BUILDING. The park is located at 180 Main St., South Dennis, MA. The scope of services shall include construction of a 2,600 square foot single story wood frame building with associated finishes, mechanical and electrical trades. This project is time sensitive. Start date is 15 September 2025, substantial completion date is 17 April 2026 and final completion is 15 May 2026.
