Description
Project Description: Contract for construction services including all labor, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to complete the playground improvements described in the Project Manuals. Bidder must be on the School District of Philadelphia list of Prequalified Contractors as of 4/9/2026.
The Trust for Public Land will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for the John Webster Schoolyard Improvement project until 4/9/2026 at 1 PM local time, at which time they shall be opened and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at www.PennBid.net.
Non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through at Webster Schoolyard is on 3/23/2026 at 1PM at the school parking lot, 3400 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134.
All Bidders must submit bid security of 5% of the total bid amount.
Owner reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time.
