Project Description: The project consists of renovating an existing room within the Cafeteria to create a new
coffee shop.
Mechanical scope includes removal of an existing hood and unused vent, as well as
associated water and gas piping within the designated Coffee shop area. Relocating of
existing finned tube radiation and modifications to the existing water, waste, and vent
piping systems, and their required accessories.
Electrical scope includes demolition of existing wall devices, installation of new devices to
support food service equipment, removal and reinstallation of ceiling fixtures, and
installation of a new electrical panel dedicated to the coffee shop.
