John Deere Forestry Machine Simulators for Workforce Training Program

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of six John Deere forestry machine simulators from Papé Group Inc. as a sole source due to required compatibility with existing simulator systems and unique training specifications. These simulators must be compatible with OSU’s existing John Deere WCTL simulators to maintain consistent training performance and interoperability. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by January 29, 2026 at 10:30AM PST.
