NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract JOF SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS 26-044-PW on or before May 14, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County “County” is seeking bidders to provide submersible pumps and accessories for its JOF Stormwater Station and Sanitary Station. Pumps shall be manufactured by Flygt Pump, KBS Pump, Grundfos Pump, or equal. Pricing shall include a minimum of one (1) day of start-up services for Stormwater Equipment and a minimum of one (1) day of start-up services for Wastewater Equipment. Manuals for equipment shall be provided to the County electronically and physically.
