Project Description: The City of Yuma invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the above referenced Project. The JOC Contractor(s) selected will be the firm(s) who can provide the best value to the City and who are the most qualified based on the selection criteria in this RFQ as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
