• Master agreement to provide Job Order Contract Services (JOC) for General Contractors to provide materials, installation, repairs and other services associated with general construction projects of all types at all locations/buildings at Marine Science Institute.

  This RFP requests proposals for Job Order Contractors to provide JOC services on an IDIQ basis for general contractor services, on an as needed basis, for all facilities at Marine Science Institute.

  The facilities are diverse, varying in age, construction, maintenance history, current condition, etc. This RFP covers all of these diverse facilities. Proposers must be able to provide a wide variety of general construction services for University facilities at all locations. Projects will also be very diverse, varying in size and complexity.

• ​Deadline for questions: February 26, 2024 at NOON. No questions will be accepted after this cut off time.

• All Submittals (#1, #2, #3) due the day of the bid opening: March 11, 2024 Time: 3:00 P.M. CST - USE U.T. BOX TO SUBMIT RESPONSES. NO SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS CUT OFF TIME AND DATE.
