University at Buffalo intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) (a) for the noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the commodity/product or service you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice,

University at Buffalo wishes to purchase Job Recruitment Advertisement Services.

Services include requests to advertising in University selected locations, as well as making recommendations for successful sources based on the university developed posting announcement. Recommendations for targeted diversity outreach campaigns are expected. Integrate with applicant tracking data to provide reporting analytics identifying applicants from advertising source through to applicant, candidate and hire/disqualification must be made available.

Provide research services for determining the appropriate publications and websites to be utilized in the advertising of position vacancies. Identify a variety of advertising providers in support of institutional diversity and affirmative action efforts

Provide expenditure reports both on a per posting as well as aggregate on at least a quarterly basis

Provide job wrapping or the automation of capturing employment opportunities from websites to immediately advertise on SUNY specified job boards

Provide professional camera-ready copy in a consistent manner

Provide regular metric reporting services that inform end users regarding the return on investment of advertisements placed

Provide at no additional charge consultation and evaluation services regarding annual performance reports, budget management, advocacy to receive the best available fees from publishers, campaign planning and unbiased suggestions for advertising sources based on historical ad placement data
