The College seeks qualified professional Engineering Firms to provide services for job order projects on a continuing basis at its Lee, Collier, and Charlotte campuses, as well as the Hendry-Glades Center. The Firm(s) shall provide services from and provide proof of an operational office located within the immediate five county area, to include; Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Glades, and Hendry Counties.

The selected Engineering Firm(s) will provide Engineering Services for various projects on a Job Order Engineering Services basis, as defined herein. Projects will vary in type, scope, and size, primarily involving general renovation and remodeling across multiple construction trades and subcontractors.

Services may include, but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and structural, and other project-related tasks as assigned. Selected Firms will not be required to compete against the others for compensation. Instead, the FSW Facilities Department will assign projects based on a Firm’s workload, suitability for the specific project, and other relevant factors. Firms must be licensed in the State of Florida and hold all necessary professional licenses in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, and rules. Respondents are advised to thoroughly review all requirements and must demonstrate relevant experience as specified in this RFQ.
