Job Order Contracting Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities

The City of Surprise, Arizona (the “City”) is seeking experienced contractors to provide construction and maintenance services for Job Order Contracting Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities , and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City. The contract will be utilizing a Job Order Contracting (“JOC”) project delivery method.

It is the intent of the City to select up to five (5) contractors for the JOC awarded list. The basis for this decision is at the sole discretion of the City. The initial term of the JOC will be for a minimum of three (3) years and may be renewed up to two (2) additional one-year terms. Renewal of the contract will be based on the needs of the City. The individual job order contract project maximum amount is $4,000,000.

Upon successful negotiation of a contract, the awarded Contractors will be placed on a JOC Contractor List and asked to provide proposals as individual job order contract projects become available. The list will be used to select Contractors to submit proposals to provide Services on a specific project.
