NOTICE TO GENERAL
CONTRACTORS
The University of Arkansas Fayetteville, in accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from interested General Contractors to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services. There will be a voluntary pre-proposal meeting in the Main Conference Room A103 of Facilities Management, 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR at 10:00 AM local time, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
Proposals shall be submitted to Facilities Management, 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR no later than 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
