Bids are to be completed online in Bid Express internet Bidding
System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home
no later than 2 P.M., November 25th at 2:00 PM, 2025.
Milwaukee County project bid summary results will be posted on
the Bid Express site and Milwaukee County web site at
www.county.milwaukee.gov. Bid summary results may be
available a few hours following the Bid Due Date time.
For Federally Funded Contracts wage rates are established
pursuant to Federal Labor Determination and Provisions.

internet Bidding System at

All bidders must meet the minimum software requirements of the
bidding website and be able to view, enter, scan and upload PDF
files to submit a bid.

Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) participation foal for each
Job Order is 20%. ALL REQUIRED TBE-14 FORMS SHALL
BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY PRIME AND
SUBMITTED WITH EACH JOB ORDER.
Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract
labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee
County. Documentation must be performed by LCPtracker
Labor Compliance software. (see Bid Documents for
RESIDENCY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS)
Bidder's attention is called to the "Notice of Requirements for
Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity"
(Executive Order 11246), contained in the Bid Documents, which
set forth, in part, goals and timetables for the employment of
women and minorities in the project area.
PRIME CONTRACTORS SHALL BE QUALIFIED PRIOR
TO SUBMITTING A BID IN ACCORDANCE WITH
CHAPTER 43 OF MILWAUKEE COUNTY ORDINANCE.
SOLICITATION IS NOT INTENDED FOR DESIGN FIRMS.
The completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry
Form shall be submitted with each Job Order. Failure to
submit this information may result as being not in
compliance with agreed upon participation goals of this
contract.
A $1,000 bid bond or certified check is required with bid.
The low responsive, responsible bidders will be
recommended for contract awards. Owner reserves right to
reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid
which will be in best interest of Owner.
Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days
after bid due date.
