Job Order Contract (JOC) for General Construction and Facility Maintenance Services

Project Description: Pinal County is seeking to establish a Job Order Contract (JOC) with qualified contractors to provide general construction and facility maintenance services on an as-needed basis. Contractors shall support a broad range of tasks, including building repairs, renovations, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades, emergency response services, and routine facility maintenance across County-owned buildings and infrastructure.
