Job Order Contract for General Construction Work, RFQ 676876

The County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County” or “Owner”) seeks to award one (1) or more, with a maximum of four (4), Job Order Contracts (JOC or Contract) to qualified Contractors to provide for the County wide General Construction Work on an as-needed basis at various County of Loudoun facilities over a one (1) year Base Term and up to three (3) one (1) year additional Option Terms. A JOC is a competitively solicited, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The Work includes a collection of Tasks and related specifications that have pre-established unit prices. The JOCs resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to be used for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure and buildings by means of individual Job Orders issued under the JOCs and related to discrete, identified Projects.
