Florida SouthWestern State College seeks qualified professional Architectural Firms to provide services for job order projects on a continuing basis at its Lee, Collier, and Charlotte campuses, as well as the Hendry-Glades Center. The Firm(s) shall provide services from and provide proof of an operational office located within the immediate five county area, to include; Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Glades, and Hendry Counties.
The selected Architectural Firm(s) will provide Architectural Services for various projects on a Job Order basis. Projects will vary in type, scope, and size, primarily involving general renovation and remodeling across multiple construction trades and subcontractors.
