Description
Richland County is soliciting for qualified contractors to perform work that includes pavement removal by milling, excavation of existing crushed aggregate base stone, installation of new drainage infrastructure, asphalt paving, concrete approach aprons, site grading and more. This project is funded in whole, or in part, by a grant from the federal government. All federal regulations will apply.
