JH25-106:Wild Helicopter Surveys and External Load Operations

Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide:helicopter services for wildlife surveys and external load operations throughout Utah.
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards:
number of contract awards is: an offeror that receives a combined 650 points out of the total 1,000 points available (700 technical points available and 300 cost points available) may receive a contract award. Individual Survey Projects will be ordered from the resulting/awarded contracts based on best value determination in accordance with R33-112-301b(2) taking into consideration the relevant factors including estimated total cost of the project, type of helicopter needed for the project, availability at time of the project, etc.
Length of Contract: 5-years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first year of the contract.
