Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:planting of shrub seedlings that will be provided.
25,000 seedlings are to be planted at West Canyon near Eagle Mountain, Ut (40.40097, -112.08081)
6,000 seedlings are to be planted at West Stansbury in Skull Valley, UT (40.660019, -112.674154)
7,000 seedlings are to be planted at North Sheeprock Mountains, Near Vernon, Utah (39.997701, -112.46935)
Total Seedlings to plant are 38,000 shrub seedlings.
Estimated Budget is $38,000.00
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. (This means that all three line items will be combined and the vendor with the lowest overall cost of three (3) line items combined may be awarded.)
Length of Contract: The vendor must start planting on October 20, 2026. They must have all plants planted before November 20, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for thru the completion of the project
