Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of State Parks
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: food and beverage concession at the Soldier Hollow and Wasatch Mountain Golf Courses in Midawy, UT
MANDATORY SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
Vendor must attend in person the MANDATORY SITE VISIT at Soldier Hollow Golf Course, 1370 West Soldier Hollow Lane, Midway, UT on January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. (Estimated site visit time is 2-4 hours.) We will meet at the Clubhouse. Per Utah Procurement Rule R33-6-103 Pre-Bid Conferences and Site Visits, mandatory site visits must be attended in person by an authorized representative of the person or vendor submitting a proposal. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Any prospective vendors who arrive late to the meeting will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Failure to attend the site visit shall result in the disqualification of any offeror that does not have an authorized representative attending the entire duration of the mandatory site visit. An attendance log will be maintained including the name of each attendee, the entity the attendee represents, and the attendee’s contact information, minutes of the site visit, and copies of any documents distributed by the conducting procurement unit to the attendees and shall be published as an addendum to the solicitation.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 10-year contract plus one 5-year renewal option
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for: Offeror must guarantee its proposed concession fee for at least the first year of the contract. After the guarantee period, the fee may be adjusted upon mutual agreement of the parties. Any request for fee adjustments must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date. A request for fee adjustments must include sufficient documentation supporting the request. Any fee adjustment will not be effective unless identified in an amendment to the resulting contract.
