JH25-65 Palisade State Park Food Concessionaire

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: State Parks;
Mandatory Site Visit: Scheduled for Wednesday February 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Meet at Palisade State Park, 2200 E. Palisade Dr. Sterling, UT We will meet at the clubhouse. (Make sure you are on time for the site visit. If you are 1 minute late you will not be allowed to submit a proposal.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide:a food concessionaire for Palaside State Park -- including the golf course. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is:the vendor with the total highest technical points + concession fee points may be awarded a contract
Length of Contract: 5 year contract + 1 Five (5) year option if approved by the Chief Procurement Officer
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the firet year of the contract. (See what is the required price guarantee period per Attachment RFP General Infor Palisade Food.
