Professional Services Requested: seek outside help with monitoring the hydrologic conditions and phragmites plant cover in the wetlands of Great Salt Lake. Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands needs this help because the scale of the project is too large.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Administrative Rule R33-105 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000.00. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
