JH26-14: Eight Mile Hills - Lop and Scatter

Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: lop and scatter services. Refer to Attachment B for additional information.
Mandatory Site Visit: None. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: Contract must be completed by December 31 2026. Contract time cannot be extended due to timing stipulations for wildlife habitat use. Additional time will not be provided due to winter stoppage or other climatologic, environmental circumstances. No work will be done between April 15th -August 1st unless prior approval has been given due to migratory bird restrictions.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
