JFS EBS 26 Warehouse Material Handling Equipment Preventative Maintenance

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for the Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and Repair services (PM).  The State seeks a contractor to assist the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) maintain and repair its fleet of material handling equipment. This Project will only cover forklifts located at 2098 Integrity Drive, Columbus, OH 43209. If a suitable single Offeror response is accepted to perform the Work, ODJFS may enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to have the selected Offeror (the “Contractor”) perform all or part of the Work for Preventive Maintenance and Repair services. The contract is expected to run upon director or designee signature and expire June 30,2026. There will be an option to renew for one (1) 2-year renewal plus one (1) additional twelve (12) month periods with the final renewal expiring June 30, 2030, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewal may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.

ODJFS will review the Quotes and award to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier fully meets the requirements of the RFQ and offers the lowest quote.
