Invitation for Bids
Jet A Fuel System Pump Replacement
This Addendum No. 1 is hereby issued to modify and supplement the Invitation for Bids (“IFB”)
dated January 29, 2026, for the Jet A Fuel System Pump Replacement project. All provisions
of the IFB not expressly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect.
1. Extension of Bid Due Date
The bid due date identified in the IFB is hereby extended. The revised deadline for bid submittal
is as follows:
New Proposal Due Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2026
Time: 2:30 p.m. Central Time
Location/Method of Submission: As stated in the IFB
All bids must be received by the MAA no later than the revised due date and time. Bids received
after this deadline will not be considered.
2. All Other Terms Remain Unchanged
Except as expressly modified by this Addendum No. 1, all other terms, conditions, requirements,
and specifications of the IFB remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
3. Acknowledgment
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 1 on the Bid Cover Page / Signature
Affidavit. Failure to acknowledge this Addendum may result in rejection of the bid as non-
responsive.
