Approximately 3000 feet of roadway construction along Jessie Drive near Ten-Ten Road. This phase will include the creation of a two-lane undivided road with a 10-foot side path on either side of the road with a 4-lane median divided section near Ten-Ten Road.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 10 AM at the Main Conference Room of the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration Building at 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502
