Jericho Park Trail

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a 10-foot wide and approximately 2,205-foot-long, bituminous trail connecting Falling Water Court to Jericho Park parking lot., in Bowie, Maryland. Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4966_Fy26_Jericho_Park_Trail_Segment_Construction_Phase_1_Fy27_Phase_2 . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4966_Fy26_Jericho_Park_Trail_Segment_Construction_Phase_1_Fy27_Phase_2 . until 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

There will be an optional Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 10:00am at the City of Bowie Public Works Administration Building Conference Room located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD  20715.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4966_Fy26_Jericho_Park_Trail_Segment_Construction_Phase_1_Fy27_Phase_2 prior to 12:00p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
