The City of Central Falls invites qualified contractors ("Respondents") to submit proposals for improvements to Cogswell Tower, located in Jenks Park, Central Falls, RI.

This contract encompasses all labor, materials, and equipment required to restore the historic Cogswell Tower. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, masonry repairs, roof repair, or replacement, and timber framing restoration.  Additional details can be found in the design specifications.
