The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications
(SOQ) from interested and qualified general contractors (Respondents) to provide design-build and
construction manager services with lump sum pricing for the design, preconstruction, and
construction of multiple projects under a master enabling agreement.
The delivery method for this contract is Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple
Projects¿Master Enabling Agreement (TO-CA MEA). The Trustees will issue two types of agreements
under the TO-CA MEA¿a task order for the design and preconstruction phase services and a
construction agreement
for the construction phase.
