Jefferson Fire Department is upgrading safety and survival equipment and is seeking bids on the following items to out-fit our emergency response fleet.

Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus

Thermal Imaging Cameras

Six (6) Thermal Cameras. Must be Seek or Bullard camera, no other camera will be accepted.

Six (6) truck mounted cradles with charging capabilities.

Six (6) spare batteries if applicable.

We do not seek any additional accessories like lanyards, gear rings, etc.

If the camera has recording capabilities. The vendor should include the cost for this feature. Jefferson Fire may choose to purchase all, one, some, or none with the recording feature.

Jefferson Fire is not seeking a buy back or upgrade of existing cameras.

NFPA certification is not required on the cameras.

• Vendors can quote all or some of the listed items.
• Vendors will not be penalized if a partial bid is provided.
• Vendors must provide all warranty information for each product, and a list of service providers in GA
• All quotes must be received by 4:00pm, Wednesday, September 24.
