PennDOT Maintenance 10-5, Jefferson County, (herein referred to as “The Department”), is requesting bids for:

• 19mm SRL= Any, Binder 0.0• 9.5mm SRL= Any ESAL=Any, PG 64-22
• 9.5mm SRL= H 0.3• 9.5mm SRL= Any, ESAL=Any, PG 58-28

In an attempt to encourage and promote the use of high percentage recycled asphalt material in a cost-saving effort to the public, the amount of millings that are to be returned to the vendor will be equal to the amount of millings used in the provided material (10,000 tons X 30% RAP= 3000 tons returned). Millings that are contaminated with aggregates or dirt will be retained by Jefferson County PennDOT and will be used for other operations and would be the property of the Department.
