A-1. Shelby County Government does not maintain or release a planholders/bidders list;

however, the sign-in sheet for the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be posted on the county

website.

Q-2. Please also let us know if there are any changes to the bid date.

A-2. Shelby County Government bid postings are located on the County’s website at

www.shelbycountytn.gov. At the top of the home page, click on the dropdown box under

“Business”, Click on “Purchasing” and “Bids” to locate the name of the above-described

Sealed Bid. Additionally, the Doing Business with Shelby County Government pamphlet is

included as Attachment A for reference.

Number (BRN) and vendor number.

Once an BRN has been approved and

activated, the supplier will be assigned a

vendor number.
