JEFFERSON AVENUE STREETSCAPE PHASE 1

The Owner is the City of Buffalo and the work site is located in the City of Buffalo. The project limits are: Jefferson Avenue from Best Street to Main Street.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

Milling and resurfacing of asphalt roadway, construction of new stone curb, concrete sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, bicycle infrastructure, traffic signal improvements, rapid rectangular flashing beacons, new street lighting, street trees, landscaping, installation of benches, bike racks, and trash receptacles.
