James City Service Authority is soliciting Two-Step sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced professional contractors licensed in the state of Virginia with the demonstrated capability and capacity for the demonstrated capability and capacity for the JCSA Lift Station 1-9 Replacement as described in this Invitation for Bids. JCSA shall provide the generator and transfer switch. (See Section 102-7; Item 6 Scope of Work for additional clarification.)
