JCSA As Needed Driving and Walking Asphalt Repairs -Six Month

This Request for Quote is issued by the James City Service Authority (“Owner”) to obtain quotes to establish an as needed pool of Contractors for a six (6) month period [to begin October 12, 2023, and run through April 12, 2024], for Concrete and Asphalt Sidewalk, Driveway and Road Surface Repairs. The Owner desires to have contractors available in each of the nine (9) Categories listed in Attachment A of this document, to perform and complete projects as described in the Scope of Work section.

Contract awards shall be based on the lowest responsive and responsible Quote for Each of the nine Categories listed on Quote Request Form, Attachment A. The Owner reserves the right to issue multiple Awards per Category and to cancel an Award for three (3) consecutive failure of availability to complete project within required time frame.

All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial asphalt road repair.
