The department seeks pest
control services for the Jessup Correctional Institute (JCI), located at 7800 House of Correction Road, Jessup, MD, 20794. JCI is a maximum security State correctional facility for adult male offenders. The facility consists of 27 buildings and encompasses approximately 360,000 square The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, services, permits, chemicals, equipment, devices, and any and all other items necessary for, or incidental to identifying and eradicating, by whatever means is effective and environmentally safe, all pests as identified in this contract.

All contractor personnel intending to visit the site are required to successfully complete a criminal background check prior to gaining entry. Please ensure that Attachment D – Background Check is completed, and submitted with a copy of a valid identification. This information should be sent via email to the Contract Monitor, Dontay Gaskins, at

by no later than 11/19/2025 8:00am EST local time.
