PLEASE reveiw the below eligibility requirement to be eligible to submit an acceptable bid. The company submitting the bid MUST be the authorized dealer.

Basis of Award: Lowest responsible responsive bidder that is an authorized reseller of Antrica.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for award, the bidder must be an authorized dealer of Antrica. Bidder shall submit a certificate of authorization letter from Antrica and include with the bid response certifying that they are an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. The authorization letter must be on the manufacturer’s letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer representative. Failure to submit the authorization letter with the bid may result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.
