AMENDMENT - CANCELLATION

This solicitation is cancelled. The Statement of Work must undergo extensive changes that are unable to be met for this fiscal year. A new requirement will be posted in Fiscal Year 26 when the changes have been fully made.

1) Add the solicitation to include a Site Visit

2) Extend the Question Due Date from 08 September 2025 to 10 September 2025

3) Extend the offer due date from 10 September 2025 to 12 September 2025

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for JBSA Fire Station HVAC Duct Cleaning. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, size standard is $9M dollars. PSC J041. Quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for the award.

Questions/Concerns: All questions/concerns must be submitted in writing by email no later than Monday 08 September 2025 at 10:00 pm CDT. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to: Christina Shoffner at christina.shoffner@us.af.mil no later than Wednesday 10 September 2025 at 12:00PM CDT to be considered timely. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the sam.gov website, as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
