Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare is soliciting quotes for the following:

Replacement, installation and connection of one (1) electronic door with shatter proof window, door frame, eletronic hinge, electronic Southern Folger lockset and handle for a maximum security facility.
A walk-thru of job is required prior to submitting bid. Please contact jennifer.ball@mha.ohio.gov to schedule

State Contract or Agreement
If the products and/or services are currently contracted under a Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Master Maintenance Agreement (“MMA”) or Master Cloud Services Agreement (“MCSA”), provide the contract number and confirm your quote pricing matches what is listed in the pricing section of the DAS contract.

Controlling Board Threshold

In accordance with Ohio Revised Cold 127.162. this solicitation may be subject to Controlling Board threshold. Bids received will be reviewed against our Agency’s Controlling Board threshold. Suppliers exceeding our Agency’s Controlling Board threshold may prevent us from awarding a contract to your organization.
