Municipality of Jasper
The Municipality of Jasper is inviting submissions from interested contractors to provide construction services for the Activity Centre East Parking Lot for the period beginning in Late August/Early Sept 2025 and anticipated to conclude on October 31, 2025. The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to inform eligible contractors about the Project and request price submissions for consideration of the construction of the Project and who possess the Municipality’s required qualifications.

The project includes 4 scopes:
1) removing the existing asphalt and concrete structures, and landscaping features.
2) Surface improvements - new reconstruction, upgrade and rehabilitation of gravel, asphalt roadways and parking lots, asphalt trails or concrete sidewalks and curbs.
3)Storm System - the rehabilitation, replacement, maintenance and installation of stormwater utilities
4)Removal, trimming or supply/installation of trees and shurbs; supply /installation of grass and supply/installation of subdrain utilities; supply and installation of gabled entry shelter
