JARVIS ROAD NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, herein called the Town, acting by and through its Town Manager will receive sealed Bids for project Bid No. 25/26-3 JARVIS ROAD NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS . Bids will be accepted via the Town's eProcurement Portal until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids may be submitted prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.

Work under this contract includes the replacement of approximately 5,700 linear feet of water main and approximately 15,500 square yards of road resurfacing in the Jarvis Road neighborhood in the Town of Manchester. It includes other appurtenant work such as installation of water services, fire hydrants, minor storm drainage improvements, installation of extruded concrete curb, minor sidewalk restoration, surface restoration and traffic control.

The Project Schedule for this project is projected to be completed within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) WORKING DAYS (contract days).
