Janitorial Services – Wisdom Ranger District and Wise River Work Center, Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest

The Wisdom Ranger District (Wisdom RD) and the Wise River Work Center (WRWC) have a requirement for janitorial services within four Federally-controlled buildings at two different locations that are within approximately 40 miles of one another. Three of the buildings will require year-round janitorial services and one building will require services during part of the year. One building is located at the Wisdom Ranger District and three buildings are located at the Wise River Work Center.

The Wisdom Ranger District is located at 300 Forest Service Road, Wisdom, Montana, 59761.

The Wise River Work Center is located at 65600 MT Highway 43, Wise River, Montana, 59762-9736.

This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products category.
