NOTICE TO BIDDERS –MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT

Bidders are required to attend amandatory pre-bid site visit to inspect the work site to become familiar withthe condition and equipment needed to conduct the requested services.

Themandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Waco RegionalOffice Complex.
